Ad Ops Manager

Games is one of the hottest advertising trends right now, and AdInMo is on a mission to reshape the in-game advertising and monetization space. Our adtech and hybrid monetization business is scaling to connect the $200Bn+ global mobile advertising industry to 3bn billion global mobile gamers. InGamePlay ads are innovative immersive brand experiences available programmatically via our adtech platform and we’re developing big data solutions to help advertisers and developers create better in-game brand advertising experiences for players. 

It’s an exciting time to join Team AdInMo’s ad operations team to help grow our channel partner network and book of advertisers to deliver customer success. The role requires solid programmatic know-how and ad ops experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, invigorated to work in a dynamic role where the requirements will evolve in a fast-paced changing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ad Ops
      • Support onboarding of new demand partners liaising with AdInMo’s technical team
      • Support the Demand Partnership Team to provide technical account management for existing accounts
        • Ensure demand partners have access to latest inventory, site-list curation
        • Support partners to understand the uniqueness of in-game formats e.g. viewability measurement and new features
        • Reporting, fraud management, discrepancy resolution
        • Monitor price and fill rates to deliver revenue growth by better yield management
        • Work with in-house analyst team to monitor and optimize performance
    • Deal & Campaign Management
      • Responsible for the setup and delivery of programmatic deals and direct campaigns
        • Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign goals, targeting and bid strategies
        • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making adjustments to ensure optimal results.
        • Work with analyst team to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights to improve targeting and maximize ROI
        • Generate reports to communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.

    As part of your role you will also:

    • Maintain complete understanding of the AdInMo product suite, policies and tools
    • Develop best practices for programmatic campaign management (setup, deal management, troubleshooting, optimizations)
    • Stay abreast of adtech initiatives and relevant regulations

       Your Profile 

      • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a programmatic ad operations or campaign management role
      • Solid understanding of mobile adtech including oRTB protocol, industry standards such as TCF and seller.json
      • Demonstrable experience of setting up and optimizing programmatic campaigns including Open Market, PMP, Preferred Deals and Programmatic Guaranteed
      • Hands on experience of working with SSPs’ and DSP platforms
      • Experience of working with in-app, in-game or other emerging ad formats
      • Data-driven mindset to solve problems, comfortable working with large datasets in order to optimize deals & campaigns
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this is a client facing role
      • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent organizational and effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
      • Business proficiency in English (written and verbal)
      • Comfortable working in remote and international teams

      Remote working position, must be based in Europe with ability to travel to UK
