We are:

AdInMo is the leading Dynamic In-Game Advertising platform for mobile, AR & VR, and eSports games. We are replacing horrible interruptive video and banner ads in games with true in-game brand integrations.

Our customers are leading game developers and publishers who integrate our lightweight Unity SDK into their games, and advertisers and ad exchanges who wish to place their brand messages in front of highly engaged gaming audiences.

We value ambition, creativity, transparency, fun, and getting sh…tuff done.

You are:

✔️    5+ years of experience with both Unity and Unreal game engines

✔️   At least 1 commercially released 3D game credit

✔️   Energetic, Curious & Articulate

✔️   Quick on your feet and fast thinker

Skills and experience required:

  • Solid C# and C++ programming experience in game development environments is required, and substantial experience with other OOP languages is highly desirable
  • Experience developing in a commercial game development studio over at least one game, either in the game or tools team
  • Commercial experience of both Unreal and Unity, ideally with at least one game development project on Unreal
  • Proven track record of product delivery
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Role

In this key role within our development team you will design, develop, and deploy our game engine SDK, a vital part of the AdInMo service. We have a highly optimised Unity SDK which we are extending with exciting new functionality, we also need to build an Unreal version to the same high standard. You should be able to collaborate closely with other developers and become a core member of an autonomous, cross- functional team.

Why AdInMo

We’re changing how brands interact with consumers, and how games are monetized via advertising. Our vision is to create meaningful and impactful brand interactions within games, in a manner that is sympathetic to all stakeholders – players, developers, and advertisers. Basically – we want to ensure that in-game advertising no longer sucks.

Our key metrics such as DAU and impressions have grown 100x over the last twelve months, and we’re backed by leading early stage venture funds.
